This accolade is part of an annual survey highlighting the state’s most esteemed workplaces, as voted by employees. The survey, which garnered responses from approximately 76,000 employees across 347 companies in Massachusetts, evaluates various aspects of the workplace. These include company direction, leadership quality, compensation, benefits, and overall employee engagement.

The Peabody Companies was also celebrated as the 2022 Leading Organization in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion by the Massachusetts Apartment Association (MAA).
