Paul Szafir
Boston – Paul Szafir, an architect in the cGMP design field, joins the Boston studio of Perkins&Will as associate director of process architecture and cGMP design.
Representatives of the firm say that Szafir’s arrival ushers in a period of exciting, continued growth of cGMP services within the firm’s Science and Technology practice. With over 15 years of experience spanning architecture and engineering, he specializes in biopharmaceutical cGMP facility design for clinical research and commercial manufacturing. He has helped deliver projects both locally and nationally for pharmaceutical companies that include Biogen, CRISPR Therapeutics, Pfizer, and ThermoFisher.
Szafir joins Dr. Jim Levin, the director of process architecture and cGMP design in Perkins&Will’s Boston studio, in co-leading the cGMP practice.
