Westfield, MA – Anthony M. Sylvia, P.E., joined Tighe & Bond, Inc. in February as a new project manager for the firm’s water resources and civil engineering practice. He is slated to work primarily in the firm’s Pocasset office, reinforcing the firm’s continued growth and expansion in eastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod and Rhode Island.
Sylvia has 18 years of experience working closely with municipal and private clients to manage water resource capital improvements, as well as civil and site development. As project manager, he will work closely with clients to develop long term solutions that are cost-effective, energy efficient and appropriate to the unique needs of those communities.
Prior to joining Tighe & Bond, Sylvia was the public works director for the town of Agawam where he oversaw public infrastructure operations, maintenance and capital improvements.
