Stamford, CT – Steel construction is now underway at Element One located at 111 Morgan Street in Stamford. The 220,000-square-foot Element One will encompass 175 1- and 2-bedroom units in five wood-framed stories above a steel and concrete podium with space for commercial tenants. The finished project will also include two levels of structured parking.
Designed by Gooding Architecture of Stamford, the mixed-use rental housing development is being constructed by Erland Construction for Element One LLC of South Norwalk. Element One is Erland’s second project in downtown Stamford. Anticipated completion is May 2016.
