Boston, MA – Shawmut Design and Construction has appointed Michael C. Sanchez to Vice President of Field Operations. In his new role, Sanchez will be tasked with overseeing the Company’s complex, innovative and high-profile construction projects.
“Mike has played a unique role working both in the field and on the project management side of our business,” said William Hughes, President.
Sanchez joined Shawmut in 1992, and most recently served as Director of Field Operations. Over the last 18 years, he has had a variety of roles from project superintendent to general superintendent, as well as project manager to managing director of the commercial group.
