Today fabricator bidding activity is very active, but few projects are
being awarded due to the economy, lack of financing and other
regulatory road blocks. When the long awaited recovery actually does
begin in 2011 the relationships among the building team members will
become more intense and contractual challenges will be commonplace
again. SFNE wants to assist you to get ready for the recovery. We
think now might be a good time to get together and discuss what might
be done differently to improve the relationships among the building
team.
Plan to join your SFNE colleagues for a lively panel discussion on how
to improve relationships among design professionals, general
contractors, construction managers and structural steel detailers,
fabricators and erectors.
The SFNE Annual Dinner Meeting will be held at the Doubletree Hotel in
Westborough, Mass., from 5 pm – 8 pm. More details coming soon.
