Seven Join Mass. Architectural Firm

Norwell, MA – Habeeb & Associates Architects (H&A) announced that seven new team members have joined its growing team.

Thomas MacLeod, AIA, joins H&A’s Norwell office as a project manager with over 40 years of experience. The company’s representatives say his longevity in the field and technical expertise provide him with a solid background for the management of H&A’s wide ranging project types. MacLeod is actively involved with the Boston Society of Architects and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Liz Karl, AIA brings over 30 years of experience in work ranging from residential to institutional projects to her role as project architect. She leads projects, ensuring style, accuracy, constructability, and timeliness and says she enjoys the evolution of a project from the beginning idea to the final reveal.

Melissa Boynton, Assoc. AIA, has joined H&A’s Worcester office as a project manager and brings over 20 years of experience in retail, commercial, residential, and hospitality architecture. She manages all project phases from planning to construction administration.

Lenine Pina, Assoc. AIA is a designer committed to delivering fluid and seamless artistic visions that meet client demands. As an architectural designer, he conducts field work and generates the drawings required for the smooth and efficient bidding and construction process of the firm’s projects.

Thomas MacLeod

As H&A’s marketing manager, Deb Azer is the team’s lead for the fulfillment of the firm’s marketing campaigns that result in the development of the firm’s new and existing client base. Using both traditional and digital platforms, she is responsible for the integrated creation of all material required for qualifications packages, proposals, social media, website, tradeshows, and advertising opportunities.

Kela Hauck serves as H&A’s office administrator and works to facilitate smooth operations of the non-technical aspects of the firm for reception and office administration. She assists all team members in the efficient and well-organized administration of the firm.

Ricardo Coronado is a third year architecture student at Wentworth Institute of Technology completing his summer internship with H&A. As an architectural intern, he works alongside the team to learn the ins and outs of how a project is run from concept through design and construction.
