Senior Execs to Share Medical Office Buildings Insights

Stamford, Conn – With changes from health care reform and other industry trends, interest in medical office space has mushroomed.  Learn more from executives at Stamford Hospital, Celestial Capital Group, Simone Health Care Development, and Cushman & Wakefield at a breakfast panel discussion hosted by NAIOP Connecticut & Suburban New York, a chapter of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association onThursday, October 2.

 

Panelists will include: Guy Leibler, president Simone Health Care Development, Michael J. Smeriglio, executive director of facilities management, Stamford Hospital and Sean P. McDonnell, senior director in the Healthcare Practice Group of the Stamford, CT office of Cushman & Wakefield. The panel will be moderated by Mark, Ellman, president of Celestial Capital Group and a segment of the program will be dedicated to questions and answers.
