Luke Salome
Gilford, NH – Meridian Construction announced the promotion of Luke Salome to vice president of estimating and project management, recognizing his dedicated service and growing responsibilities at Meridian over the years.
Salome began his career at Meridian Construction as an assistant project manager in 2005. By 2008, he had been promoted to full project manager and has continued to take on larger, more complex responsibilities, most recently serving as both PM and estimator before his elevation to the executive team.
In his new role, Salome will lead all preconstruction efforts and oversee the project management teams and systems at Meridian. This includes managing the estimating and project management teams, setting strategic goals, controlling budgets and schedules, negotiating contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning field execution with Meridian’s long-term business strategy.
