SAK Environmental Helps Connect New Novartis Facility to Efficient District Energy Network

district-energyNorth Andover, MA – SAK Environmental, a long-time partner to Veolia Energy North America, is currently serving as the environmental manager to help connect the new Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research Facility in Cambridge to Veolia’s district energy system.

SAK provided environmental design investigation and construction administration on this fast-track project. The 610-foot, 8-inch diameter steam line will provide reliable and efficient district energy to a 550,000sf state-of-the-art life science facility.

Work is scheduled to be completed this year.
