Tad Schrantz
Wilton, NH – ROK Builders, LLC, the hotel construction affiliate of Roedel Companies, LLC, has named Tad Schrantz as COO.
He brings over 20 years of experience in construction, architecture and real estate development to ROK Builders. Most recently, he served as vice president at Millhouse 1889. Prior to that, he served as president of The MacMillan Company.
Schrantz currently serves on the board of directors for Monadnock Habitat for Humanity and The Colonial Theatre. He also has served as a member of the Cheshire Career Center Regional Advisory Board and Lions Club.
