Redevelopment Completed on 80,000sf Office Campus in Foxborough

Foxborough, MA – Calare Properties has completed upgrades to 325 Foxborough Blvd. nearly a year after acquiring the 80,000sf Foxborough office building. The fully upgraded property will serve as a world-class corporate headquarters facility for NECI, a solutions and services provider for industrial automation, data, and digital transformation.

Calare purchased the vacant two-story office building in November 2022. Soon after, Calare secured a long-term lease with NECI with plans to implement extensive value-add improvements that support the tenant’s future at the site.

Located on 9.4 acres within the Foxborough Business Center Park, 325 Foxborough Blvd. features a two-story foyer, expansive floor plates, high ceilings, and open concept common areas. The property provides parking which includes EV charging stations.  Amenities at the property include a fitness center with locker rooms and wellness room, a game space, full-service cafeteria, and a landscaped outdoor space for employee use.

The Calare asset management team led by Erin Gannon and Lauren Manley managed all aspects of the gut redevelopment from planning, demolition, construction, and tenant logistics. As part of its commitment to the site, NECI implemented comprehensive interior design updates to provide its approximately 400 employees with a modern and welcoming Class-A workplace.

325 Foxborough Blvd. is located within Southeastern Massachusetts, sitting a half mile from I-95 and two miles from the I-495 interchange. The site is also situated within a community offering a variety of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
