Boston – Propertybase, a provider of real estate technology, added two strategic executive hires as it continues to position itself for significant growth in 2019. Tim Fessenden and John Komola will join the existing executive team as vice president of operations and chief financial officer, respectively.
The recent additions join Vance Loiselle, CEO of Propertybase, and industry veterans Steve Simmons, vice president of sales; Rocky Rankin, director of product; and Cade Madison, director of strategic growth; to accelerate expansion and drive adoption within the real estate industry.
Fessenden brings more than 18 years of SaaS and enterprise software experience to the company. Fessenden will lead Propertybase’s operations team, responsible for expanding product features, package options and customer service departments, while also adding his knowledge to streamline future acquisitions.
Komola brings with him more than 20 years of progressive finance and operations management experience from an array of software industries. With strong qualifications in scaling organizations both organically as well as through acquisitions, he will be charged with driving strategic monetary planning, managing compliance, and also advising on acquisitions.
