PWC-CT February 4 Meeting – Commercial Real Estate in Southern New England

Commercial Real Estate in Southern New England – Upswing Anticipated in 2014

The Connecticut Chapter of Professional Woman in Construction (PWC-CT) will host a panel discussion and meeting entitled “Commercial Real Estate in Southern New England & Beyond” on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at the Sheraton Hartford South in Rocky Hill, CT.  This is one in a series of educational and networking events hosted by PWC-CT, whose programs are tailored to professionals in the architectural, engineering and construction fields as well as interested members of the public.

Topics will include a review of current commercial real estate market fundamentals and standings, the top trends in commercial real estate markets, the outlook for 2014 for New England and the Mid-Atlantic, and the impact of commercial real estate trends and forecasts on architects, engineers and contractors. 

The panel will be moderated by Maura M. Cochran, CRE, SIOR, Chairman & CEO of Bartram & Cochran.  Panel members will include Sue Augustyniak, Assistant VP Real Estate Strategy & Planning, The Hartford; Louis Carrier, President of Distinctive Hospitality Group; Hunt Holsomback, Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal; Stanley C. Glantz, CDP, CRX, Chief Development Officer for Katz Properties, LLC; and Tim Lescalleet, Senior VP at Griffin Land.
