Satish Janumpalli

Boston – Tour24, an on-demand platform designed to offer renters an easy way to tour apartments on their own, even when leasing offices are closed, and give property management teams the ability to seamlessly manage tours, has named Satish Janumpalli as chief technology officer and Joanna Hackney as chief operating officer.

Janumpalli is a technologist in the multifamily industry with 15 years of technology innovation and product design, who spent more than eight years at RealPage. Hackney, who has 25 years of experience in the property industry at companies including RealPage, Alliance, and Campus Advantage, was promoted from her previous role as executive vice president of client success.

In addition to expanding its leadership team, the company is rapidly growing its user base to meet the demands of a highly competitive rental market. The three notable users of the Tour24 platform include Toll Brothers, Invesco, and Rangewater Real Estate.

“Today’s consumers expect on-demand, self-service options from businesses, and touring their potential next home is no exception,” said Georgianna W. Oliver, founder and CEO of Tour24. “Our self-guided tour platform securely shows communities to prospective renters when leasing agents can’t, all without sacrificing quality. We are excited to expand our leadership team with industry veterans with impressive track records of success, and the addition of key new customers is a validation of our approach and our ability to execute.”
