Bryan Vitale
Middleton, MA – The Procopio Companies announced the promotion of Bryan Vitale from vice president of development to senior vice president, strategy & investments.
Vitale began his career at Procopio in the spring of 2018 as a project manager and was promoted to vice president of development in 2021. In his new role, Vitale will continue to oversee the acquisitions team and will take on additional responsibility for brand vision, investment strategy, and corporate growth as Procopio expands its platform into new markets and across different asset types.

Prior to Procopio, Vitale served as a member of the Sales and Design team at Halco Kitchen and Bath Showroom, a contracting company based in Malden.
Vitale’s unique vision for reimagined multifamily living, coupled with his design and development experience, provides the ideal foundation for this new role and will put the firm in a position to more efficiently identify and maximize opportunities, according to Procopio representatives.
