Peter Nicholson
Peabody, MA – The Congress Companies, a full service construction management firm headquartered in Peabody, Massachusetts, is pleased to announce the appointment of Peter C. Nicholson as Vice President of Construction Operations.
A graduate of Roger Williams College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Nicholson began his career at Congress in 1994 as a laborer. For more than ten years, Nicholson served on construction sites as a carpenter, a foreman, then as an Assistant Superintendent, and Assistant Project Manager, on projects in the health care, commercial and education market sectors. In 2008, Nicholson was promoted to Project Manager and most recently served as Senior Project Manager at Congress.
In his new role as Vice President of Construction Operations, Nicholson will oversee project management on all Congress building projects. He will work closely with the Director of Pre-Construction Services, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-construction, planning and estimating to the active construction phase of company projects. Nicholson will provide leadership and direction to Congress’ project management staff.
