Tim Nguyen
Boston – A.W. Perry announced the appointment of Tim Nguyen to chief financial officer and controller of the firm.
With over 15 years of experience, Nguyen joined A.W. Perry in 2022 and brings his extensive knowledge of real estate accounting and finance. In his new role, he is responsible for all accounting and finance, risk management, payroll, and information technology (IT) functions of the company. Nguyen’s appointment follows Mark Flaherty’s recent transition from COO to president.
Nguyen is a Certified Public Accountant currently licensed in Massachusetts and member of both the AICPA and MSCPA.
