New Haven, CT – Kenneth Boroson Architects of New Haven will be among the firms presenting at the New England Passive House Multi-Family Conference April 6 in Kensington, New Hampshire.
Speakers include Principal Ken Boroson, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, and Project Architect Grant Wright, RA, of Boroson Architects, as well as Passive House Consultant Lois Arena, PE, and Charles Emerson, RA. Wright and Arena are Certified Passive House Consultants (CPHC®). Arena is Director of Passive House Services at Steven Winter Associates.
The team will describe the 11 Crown Street project in Meriden a transit-oriented development (TOD) comprised of three separate structures, currently in design utilizing Passive House principles.
