Lowell, MA – Cruz Electric of Woburn is on schedule for an April 2011 completion of the electrical construction of a Lowell Hamilton Canal District revitalization project. When complete, the structures in the project will include a 260,000 sq. ft. Courthouse, 725 Housing Units, 350,000 sq. ft. of office space and R&D; 50,000 sq. ft of Retail and Restaurants, 900,000 sq. ft. Parking Garage; and 3 open space parks. Cruz is managing a field crew of 18 electricians.
