Norwell, MA – CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA), a highly diversified, full-service engineering consulting firm, announced that Ellen Moshier, PE, ENV SP, has joined the firm’s Transportation Group as a senior project manager.
Moshier will assist with business development efforts and oversee multi-disciplinary transportation projects throughout New England from CHA’s Boston and Norwell offices in Massachusetts.
She is a licensed professional engineer in Massachusetts and Connecticut and an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP). Throughout her 19-year career overseeing transportation engineering and planning projects, she has been an advocate and recognized leader in multimodal transportation planning and engineering for improved mobility.
