Beverly, MA – Massachusetts Dermatology Associates (MassDerm) doubled its medical office space and now occupies 11,700sf at 900 Cummings Center, Suite 311-T.

Cummings Properties account manager Justin D’Aveta worked directly with doctors Jordan and Deborah Cummins on the 6,200sf expansion. In addition to performing a custom medical buildout of the new space, Cummings Properties’ in-house design and construction teams reconfigured the existing facility to support MassDerm’s growing staff and patient base.
MassDerm has expanded its local footprint for the third time since 2014. Co-founded by Deborah Cummins, M.D. and Jordan Cummins, M.D., Ph.D., MassDerm offers dermatological care, including medical dermatology, skin cancer prevention and treatment, skin surgery, and cosmetic skin enhancement. It is a locally owned private practice affiliated with Beverly Hospital and North Shore Medical Center.
