Boston – Margulies Perruzzi Architects recemtly announced that it has completed the design and renovation of 22,000sf of existing office space for Linedata, a global solutions provider for the investment management and credit community.
Linedata is currently located at 260 Franklin Street in Boston. Margulies Perruzzi Architects transformed the office design, constructing the project in phases to accommodate Linedata’s business continuity, while the company continued to occupy the space. The project scope includes new workstations, furniture, finishes, and lighting, as well as boardroom upgrades and the addition of a videoconferencing room.
Fort Point Project Management provided project management services, and Vanderweil Engineers provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering. The project was built by Structuretone.
