Westford, MA – LandTech Consultants, Inc., a 3D laser scanning and modeling company for land survey and civil engineering in New England, will celebrate 25 years in business this summer.
Founded by Christopher M. Lorrain, PE, the company remains under his leadership as it has kept up with the demands of a rapidly changing industry. From traditional civil engineering and land surveying services to 3D laser scanning and modeling, LandTech has completed numerous residential, commercial, institutional, and municipal projects over its 25 year history, all while remaining at the forefront of technology.
Lorrain launched LandTech in 1990 with a staff of four. Today, the company’s engineers and surveyors combine well over 125 years of experience and partner with New England’s largest developers, heavy construction, and architectural and engineering firms to deliver traditional to technology-based civil engineering and land surveying services.
Its advanced 3D capabilities have resulted in recent landmark projects/clients including the city of Boston Parcel 25, Assembly Square, Boston College Athletics (turf fields), Pease Air Force Base, University of Massachusetts (Lowell campus), Lowell Wastewater Treatment Facility, Haverhill Water Treatment Plant, and the city of Waterbury, Conn. new Department of Public Works facility, among others.
