Farmington, CT – KBE Building Corp. has named Joseph Minoski as the director of its Special Projects Group.

“The Special Projects Group provides highly cost-effective services for smaller projects
such as small scale additions and renovations, tenant improvements, deferred maintenance
and 24-hour emergency services, Eric Brown, KBE Senior Vice President and Principal.

Minoski says KBE’s ability to quickly mobilize makes it an ideal partner for these types of
construction projects.

“We recognize that whether it’s a $50 million contract or a $500 thousand contract, owners
expect the same commitment to excellence for their money,” he said. “As a general contractor
on projects ranging from very small to very large, we understand what is needed for each
project without an over-commitment in terms of budget or other resources.”

In his new role, Minoski will provide leadership and direction for each SPG project team and is
directly responsible to the client for the success of the project. Additional responsibilities include
ensuring that all contractual commitments for projects are met, managing the overall project,
and implementing the project-specific Quality Control and Project Safety plan.
