Farmington, CT – KBE Building Corporation (KBE) has added Cora Harkins as Business Development Manager for Municipal Construction Services. She has nearly twenty-five years of experience in business development.

Harkins was previously a member of the national corporate sales team for West Haven, Connecticut-based The Lighting Quotient which produced high-end illumination products. She was responsible for generating new business with corporate end users, lighting engineers, architects and general contractors.
