Abdelnour as Business Development Manager for Federal Construction Services. He has over thirty-five years of extensive public and private experience in the Federal government dealing with facility planning, design and construction.

Abdelnour is also a military veteran. He was commissioned into the Army as a ROTC graduate of Norwich University in 1975, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He was assigned as an engineer officer to Fort Polk, Louisiana, from 1976 to1980.
