JM Coull Adds Four

Maynard, Mass – JM Coull, Inc. has hired four new staff members to support an increased volume of work and broader diversity in project type. Joshua Brandt joined the JMC staff this month as project manager, bringing experience in the academic, healthcare and industrial markets.

Maynard, Mass – JM Coull, Inc.  has hired four new staff members to support an increased volume of work and broader diversity in project type. Joshua Brandt joined the JMC staff this month as project manager, bringing experience in the academic, healthcare and industrial markets.

Also new at JMC are Jeff Bodeur, Bryan Clark and Heather Waice. Bodeur is a site superintendent, currently overseeing the construction of a distribution center for Ross Express in East Granby, Conn. Clark and Waice will assist with project management, administrative and preconstruction responsibilities.

Joshua Brandt, of Boylston, Mass., is a 9-year veteran of construction project management. He brings to JM Coull a variety of experience in higher education, elementary and secondary schools, healthcare, process manufacturing and commercial office projects, including new construction, major renovations and fast-tracked projects. With Cutler Associates, Inc. (Worcester, Mass., and Tampa, Fla.), he oversaw major renovations of elementary and high schools and was involved in the construction of residence halls for the University of Hartford and Endicott College. He completed work for Reliant Medical Groupv(formerly Fallon Clinic) at a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) facility in Worcester. His project for Nypro converted a 120-year-old Clinton mill building into an ISO 8 cleanroom.

Brandt holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Wentworth Institute of  Technology and a construction supervisor’s license. He moved up through the ranks in the industry, working as a laborer, carpenter, site superintendent, and project manager. He is a LEED (Leadership in Energy andEnvironmental Design) accredited professional and holds OSHA 30-hour certification. Aside from hisvprofessional experience and training, he attributes much of his success to an ability to develop andvmaintain quality relationships with clients, architects and contractors.

Jeff Bodeur, of Southampton, Mass., comes to JMC from Western Builders, Inc., where he most recently supervised the construction of a 27-unit affordable housing complex. Previously, he was general superintendent for Baybutt Construction Corporation. His well-rounded experience encompasses project management for The O’Leary Company of Southampton, Mass, where he was vice president of operations.

“We selected Jeff to join our team because of his experience with all aspects of project management from preconstruction through closeout,” said Andrew Coull, president of JM Coull. “Our customers have come to rely on our ability to set projects up for success in the earliest stages of development.

This requires the active participation of all team members during the preconstruction phase. Jeff understands that approach and contributes a wealth of expertise throughout the project.”

Bodeur holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire and is a licensed construction supervisor.

Bryan Clark is a graduate of Fitchburg State College, where he studied industrial and construction technology. He brings experience in computer assisted design, three dimensional modeling and carpentry. He lives in North Adams, Mass., and worked previously for Broadwell Carpentry of Williamstown, Mass. Bryan joins JM Coull as an assistant project manager in the preconstruction group.

Heather Waice lives in Holden, Mass., and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire. She interned with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and completed a senior project with a focus on safety. She will assist with project administration, in addition to preconstruction and operations support.
