JLL Promotes Carter, Hires Three New Superintendents

Boston – JLL Construction has promoted Niles Carter, LEED AP to Director of Field Operations. Carter has been with JLL Construction for over 15 years and is a Vice President of the company. As Director of Field Operations, Carter will oversee all field operations, closely monitoring all projects and helping ensure coordination with all local agencies involved.

Throughout his career, Carter has been involved in all phases of construction including: building permit application, coordination of subcontractor work for quality assurance, and daily interaction with architects, engineers and owner’s representatives. He is expert at executing all project types from tenant fit outs and renovations to large base building assignments.

In addition to the promotion of Carter, JLL Construction has added three new superintendents to their field operations team.

Dennis Carsno joins JLL Construction from Integrated Builders, where he was responsible for the supervision of several tenant fit outs and renovations. Throughout his 20 year career, Carsno has successfully completed a variety of projects, including retail, schools, residential and office.

Brendan O’Connor brings over 30 years of experience to JLL Construction. He has been involved in all aspects of both heavy and commercial construction. Most recently, O’Connor was with DC Beane & Associates, where he worked on projects for Liberty Mutual, 3D Systems and Shire Pharmaceuticals.

Wayne Strout re-joins JLL Construction, where he has workedin all phases of construction for a variety of projects, ranging from base building work to complicated upgrades of existing structures and construction of pharmaceutical plants.
