Marlborough, MA – J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. (JC&A) recently completed the corporate headquarters for Acosta, a sales and marketing company.
Located in Marlborough the 90,000sf corporate headquarters included a phased build-out of the basement and four floors in an occupied building. The dated space was brought back to life with the construction of new offices and cutting-edge conference rooms as well as new paint, carpet and millwork over multiple floors.
The first floor kitchen and cafeteria were completely demolished and replaced by a new contemporary cafeteria and dining lounge. Modern furniture, state-of-the-art appliances, energy efficient windows and a new
entry door to allow access to the back parking lot through the cafeteria completed the space.

In conjunction with the Acosta project, the J. Calnan & Associates team was also working directly for the building owner, TA Associates Realty, on renovations to the space previously leased by
Acosta.
The team demolished the first floor entry stair and mezzanine to create a dedicated Atrium entryway with 40+ foot high ceilings, new tile floors, fabric wrapped panel walls and refurbished millwork trims with wainscoting at the entryway. The vacated first floor kitchen space was completely remodeled as well and is now a finished office space ready to be occupied, complete with a new kitchenette, a high-end conference room and several executive offices. In addition, the common areas were all refreshed and a new glass door entryway was installed to separate the building lobby from Acosta’s custom reception area.
