Joe Gates
Rockland, MA – Integrated Builders has hired Joe Gates as its new chief financial officer. He comes to the firm with over 30 years’ experience and has held leadership roles at both general contractors and subcontractors in the region.
He is a seasoned finance professional who has held positions in the architecture, engineering, real estate development, and construction management industries.
In his new role, Gates will be responsible for the supervision of all accounting and financial functions. He will organize and report accurate financial data, oversee the capital structure of the firm, and devise financial strategies and forecasts. Gates will also make recommendations to key decision-makers based on thorough financial analysis.
