Braintree, MA — Integrated Builders, a construction management, design-build and general contracting firm concentrating on suburban Boston market in the corporate, data centers, laboratory, retail and manufacturing markets, announced today that it has been awarded a 80,000-square-foot interior office renovation contract by Harris Corporation at 150 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford, Mass.
Harris Corporation, headquartered in Melbourne, Florida, is an international communications and information technology company serving government and commercial markets in more than 150 countries.
Integrated Builders will renovate the Chelmsford offices of Harris Corporation. Renovations include interior office space, training room, a computer room, new carpet, reconfiguration of drywall partitions, ceiling and new paint. The project is scheduled for completion in May.
Integrated Builders will work in close collaboration with Mark Forth, managing director of Boston architectural firm IA Interior Architects.

Integrated Builders has completed a two-phase, 133,500-square-foot interior construction project at 300 Apollo Drive for the corporate headquarters of Aspect Software, a leading provider of customer service, collections, sales and telemarketing solutions for contact centers. Most recently, Integrated Builders completed a 13,000-square-foot interior office fit-up project at 300 Apollo Drive for Intersil Corp., a world leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors. In addition, Integrated Builders is nearing completion of a 22,000-square-foot interior fit-up at 300 Apollo Drive for MRV Communications, Inc., a leading provider of packet switching, packet optical (P-OTS), physical layer and out-of-band networking equipment, services and optical components for high-speed carrier and enterprise networks and specialized aerospace, defense and other communications networks.
