East Providence, RI – Starkweather & Shepley Insurance Brokerage Inc. (S&S) has announced a leadership succession plan. Larry Keefe, chairman and CEO, will be retiring in June. Effective June 15, Andrew Fotopulos will take over as chairman, and Peter Plumb will be named CEO.
Fotopulos and Plumb both have 15 years of experience working with Starkweather & Shepley and have held many leadership positions within the organization.
Keefe stated, “I have worked very closely with both Peter and Andy over the years, and I am proud to hand over the reins to these two dedicated and experienced leaders.”
