Waltham, MA – Hobbs Brook Management LLC recently welcomed Sara Corzo and Michael Lencioni, LEED AP BD+C, to the firm as assistant real estate managers.
Corzo joins Hobbs Brook Management as a leasing specialist, bringing significant real estate experience from 10 years in commercial and residential real estate. Previously, she served as a portfolio administrator for Boston Development Group, an associate financial representative for Northwestern Mutual, and as a property management consultant for Investments Limited.
Lencioni brings 20 years of extensive design and construction experience for the planning and preparation of construction drawings for a range of projects, including new buildings and tenant fit-ups for corporate office spaces, residence halls, and medical and lab facilities. Prior to joining Hobbs Brook, he was a project team member at Margulies Perruzzi Architects (MPA) and at Shepley Bulfinch.
