Kristen Fowler
Braintree, MA – The Peabody Companies, a group of property management and real estate firms, announced that Kristen Fowler, resident services manager at Braintree Village, has earned a Fair Housing Compliance (FHC) designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
Those who achieve FHC designation are trained to understand complex and far-reaching fair housing laws.
Fowler joined The Peabody Companies in 2007. In 2019, Fowler earned the Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) designation, issued by NAHMA.
She is resident services manager at Braintree Village, a community of 324 apartment homes that offer supportive services and coordinated activities.
