David Perry, Senior Advisor at Hines – Mr. Perry is a senior advisor and is the officer responsible for the development, acquisitions, and asset and property management activities in the New England area of the United States. Since joining Hines in 1984, Perry has been involved in the acquisition, development management, and/or asset management of more than 8.3 million square feet of commercial real estate. Jim Gutmann, Vice President – Construction at Hines – Mr. Gutmann is an integral project team member of the Hines’ complex air rights project.
