Burlington, MA – Erland Construction announced that two of its senior executives have assumed new roles as part of a new growth strategy.
Charles S. Vaciliou has been named senior vice president/director of client services. In this new role, Vaciliou oversees business development and marketing to support efforts to build awareness for Erland among prospective clients and referral sources. Additionally, he is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. Vaciliou will continue to work closely with Erland’s group managers as well as with the operations department.
Richard F. Jensen has been with Erland since 1981. He has expanded his role as operations manager to become vice president/director of operations.Currently, he is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of all operating groups, implementing plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives and ensure maximum results. In his new position, he will collaborate closely with the residential, academic/corporate/technology, and senior living group managers, as well as department heads from estimating, purchasing, coordination and field operations.
