Chan Byun
Boston – CHA Consulting, Inc. announced that Chan Byun, AIA, LEED AP has joined the firm as director of design, and Kevin M. Sullivan has joined the firm as a project manager with the Owner’s Project Management team. Both will be based in Boston.
Byun will provide design leadership to CHA’s architecture and building design group. He comes to CHA with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare, education, and institutional projects. He is a licensed architect in Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Vermont.
Kevin M. Sullivan
Sullivan brings wide-ranging experience in school building project management, including budget and cost analysis, contract compliance monitoring, and process/data analysis. Prior to joining CHA, he served as a project manager for the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) for more than 14 years.
