Lorie K. Skolski, Realtor® joins as principal responsible for market direction, strategic planning, operations, partner relationships and accounting. She is also president and COO of ZeroPoint Risk Research, LLC of Boston
Sid Silveira joins the firm as project manager. He has over 15 years of residential and commercial architectural experience including additions to high-end homes, to large multi-family housing, assisted living facilities and continuing care retirement communities. Silveira’s experience also includes varying types of projects including retail buildings, daycare centers and healthcare facilities.
Ginny Boutchia has been hired as lead drafter. She has over 16 years experience in master site planning and all aspects of schematic design. She has worked on a number of restaurants, office buildings, daycare centers, healthcare facilities and banking institutions.
