Diversified Project Management Adds Five Company-Wide

Newton, MA – Diversified Project Management recently announced the hiring of a new Business Development Manager in Hartford and four new Project Managers in Boston. Ellen Barton Harriman has joined DPM’s Hartford office as Business Development Manager and will be working closely with clients to understand their real estate, design, construction and relocation needs and how DPM may be able to provide cost effective solutions. She will support firms in a variety of industries including corporate, academic, healthcare, high-tech/ R&D, industrial, manufacturing, biotech/life science and non profit. Most recently, Ellen served as the Manufacturers’ Sales Representative for C.A. Rose Associates in Middlebury CT, focusing on the healthcare and hospitality markets. Prior to that, she was a member of the Koroseal Interior Products sales team in Wilmington, MA following her seven-year tenure with Righter Group Inc, where she developed new end-user client accounts with architects, designers, facility managers, and contractors. Ellen also has
experience as a Senior Interior Designer with several area firms.

Tina brings over 25 years of experience in interior design, space planning, construction, facilities and move management to DPM. Prior to her return, Tina was managing facilities at AstaZeneca’s Waltham, MA facility. Her past DPM experience includes several successful projects at FM Global, Harvard Business School, Hyster New England and John Hancock.

Larry Connors has been hired to serve as the Clerk of the Works on the Natick Senior Center project. He has many years of experience in public housing construction for both contractors and municipalities. Larry has also worked in the iron and concrete trades and has experience running heavy equipment. His extensive experience in ground-up construction will be a great asset to the DPM team.

Anthony Monteiro has been hired as an Assistant Project Manager. He is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Construction Management and gained extensive field and office experience in the architectural and construction sectors through several Co-Op positions. Anthony completed his internships with J. Calnan & Associates,
Boyes-Watson Architects, Jason Anthony Corp. and J.J. Vaccaro.

Brandon Needleman has also been hired as an Assistant Project Manager. As a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology/ Brandon has over four years of experience in design, space planning, project management and budget & schedule maintenance. His prior experience includes project management
positions at Approach Architects and Granite Communications. “We’re excited about Tina’s return, as well as the addition of Larry, Anthony and Brandon to our staff in Boston,” said Phil Leonard, DPM’s Vice President of Operations.
