Hartford, CT – CIL has promoted Diana Deng to assistant director of real estate development.
Deng joined CIL in 2016 and has held an array of responsibilities within the development department including community residence development, new project sourcing, project consulting, assessing financing options and coordinating with architects and contractors. Deng has completed over 20 community residence projects, numerous consulting and special projects, and has been responsible for the sale of multiple finished properties.
In her new role, Deng will maintain the same responsibilities while also assisting with department operations, overseeing property & asset management, and improving internal policies and procedures.
