Construction Firm Promotes Four

Stamford, CT – A.P. Construction Company (APC) announced the leadership promotions of Joe Orlando as senior vice president of operations; Mark Kammerer as vice president of construction; Reid Nystrom as vice president of construction; and Dimitri Seferidis as director of preconstruction.

Orlando has 25 years of experience in the construction industry. In his role, he is responsible for the overall management of all project operations. Orlando started his career as a structural engineer, maintains his professional engineering license, and joined APC in 2005.

Kammerer joined APC in 2006 and has over 30 years of construction experience. His areas of expertise include country clubs, sports and entertainment centers, athletic facilities, assisted living facilities, high-end housing, and office buildings.

Nystrom has been with APC for 14 years. In his most recent role with the company, he was a project director where he oversaw numerous fast-track corporate interiors and capital improvement projects annually ranging in size from minor renovations to multi-floor fit outs for hospitals, medical offices, office buildings, corporate headquarters, and fitness centers.

Seferidis has 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He joined APC five years ago as a project manager. Prior to his tenure at APC, he was a project manager for construction firms based in Long Island and Queens, N.Y.
