Construction Firm Celebrates Grand Opening of RI Office

Warwick, RI – Downes Construction announced it has opened a new office in Warwick. Downes celebrated the occasion with a ribbon cutting ceremony at the new office, located at 301 Metro Center Boulevard.

Downes’ executive team attended the ceremony, along with Warwick Mayor Frank Picozzi. “I’m very excited to welcome Downes Construction Company to our great city of Warwick. As a fourth generation family-run business, we are privileged such a high caliber company made the decision to open a new office here in Warwick. I wish the entire team nothing but the best,” said Picozzi.

Downes, headquartered in New Britain, Conn., provides owner’s project management services to nearly a dozen cities and towns across the state of Rhode Island. Dave Patrick, president of Downes, said, “We are very excited to announce the opening of our Warwick office. We have dedicated staff here in Rhode Island to support our ongoing efforts to service the cities and towns of Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. With this new location, we will develop an extension to our operations based in New Britain, Conn. in our continued efforts to provide the highest level of efficiency and professional management of all our projects.”
