Holliston, Ma – Colantonio, Inc. announced that R. Andrew Roosa, LEED AP and
Kimberly B. Joyce have joined the firm as Project Managers.
Andy Roosa brings 27 years of project management experience in the construction industry. He most
recently served as Project Manager for Richard White Sons, Inc. where his clients included MIT,
Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Suffolk University. He currently oversees WCVB Channel 5’s
building envelope improvement program. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from
the University of Pennsylvania.
Kim Joyce joins Colantonio from The Richmond Group, where she managed renovation projects in
the biotech industry. She has 22 years of experience directing a wide range of new construction and
renovation projects in the industrial, hospitality, office and retail markets, and holds a Bachelor of
Science in Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology. She is now in charge of the
MVRTA Parking Garage construction in downtown Haverhill.
