Clow Awarded IREM Scholarship

April Clow

Braintree, MA – The Peabody Companies announced that April Clow has been awarded a New England Past President’s Scholarship by the Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) to pursue a Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) credential.

Clow, who joined the Peabody Companies in September of 2019, is the property manager at Bedford Green Apartments, a community in Bedford that offers permanent, supportive housing for homeless veterans and those at imminent risk of homelessness.

The scholarship award will cover a significant portion of the tuition associated with earning her ARM. The residential property management certification teaches early-career real estate managers the core competencies to manage residential properties successfully.

“Congratulations to April for receiving a New England Past President’s Scholarship,” said Erin Simas, learning and development manager with the Peabody Companies. “The ARM credential is recognized for industry excellence and will provide April with a platform for new opportunities.”
