In collaboration with Peter Brown, director of lat Campanelli, the suburban team of Mike Frisoli and Matt Morgan, with downtown brokers Dave Martel and Molly Davis, serve as the exclusive leasing agents for the property. The tenant was represented by Jones Lang Lasalle Vice President Sean Lynch.

Pharmalogics, a rapidly-rising bio-pharmaceutical recruiting company, was recently listed on 2015’s Inc 5000 list fastest-growing private companies.  This is Pharmalogics’ second year in a row on the list; CEO and founder Megan Driscoll was heralded in 2014 as being one of the few female CEOs to make the cut. In a Boston Globe article, Driscoll credits the attractive and abundant “perks and amenities” of Pharmalogics’ Quincy headquarters with helping to “attract and retain” her growing list of employees.

“Our team has worked hard to create a workplace on the South Shore that is attractive to both established firms as well as up-and-comers with our amenities and competitive rental rates,” says Campanelli Partner Steve Murphy.  “Pharmalogics’ decision to renew their lease at Heritage Point and opt for an expansion shows that we have done our job to create a vibrant, urban-style work community.”

Heritage Two has enjoyed continued leasing momentum over the past several months, with the Massachusetts Teacher’s Association (MTA) moving into their new 46,000 square foot suite on the 8th and 9th floors next month.  WorldStrides, an international student travel organization, moved into their new space at Heritage Two in September.

The café at Heritage Two features the first-ever Micro-Mart in a multi-tenant suburban building which offers snacks, drinks and sandwiches that can be accessed via a tenant’s FOB 24/7 with an automated pay station, created to cater to the young, innovative companies in the building that work off-hours.

Heritage Two has increased its occupancy by 70% over the past 24 months.  Recently, Propel Marketing expanded its space at Heritage Point by nearly 38%.
