Cambridge, MA – AW-ARCH announced the elevation of five staff members. Daria Solomon has been named a senior associate; Emily Whitbeck has been promoted to associate; and Yichu Jiang, Ana Arenas, and Paul Wood have been named senior designers.
Representatives of the firm say Solomon manages complex, multifaceted projects, demonstrating great expertise and a thorough understanding of each project’s many aspects, and that she is a quick thinker who communicates superbly with clients, builders, fabricators, and design team members.
Whitbeck started at AW-ARCH while a graduate student at MIT. The company’s representatives say her perspective, body of knowledge and understanding of what it takes to successfully complete a project make her integral to AW-ARCH’s success and to its office culture.
Jiang, Arenas, and Wood all joined the company in the same year. The company’s representatives say each brought a deep architectural background to AW-ARCH and quickly found ways to develop individual skills that complement their project teams in singular and important ways.
