Courtyard by Marriott
Southington, CT – Tony Valenti and Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC recently sold 3.00 +/ – acres of vacant commercial property, located on the West Street (Route 229) corridor, to AVA Development, LLC.
Construction will begin on a Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, with groundbreaking scheduled for the spring of 2017.
