Reid Joseph
Boston – Redgate announced that it has named Reid Joseph as executive vice president to lead the company’s acquisition strategy and investment fund growth.
Joseph, who joins Redgate from Westbrook Partners, will lead sourcing and execution for Redgate’s New Urban Fund II which, when leveraged, will help fund approximately $800 million in new projects in the Greater Boston area and in other East Coast markets.
Joseph was involved in all aspects of real estate investment in his role at Westbrook Partners including sourcing, evaluating, and closing acquisitions, leading due diligence, structuring and financing.
