BOND Promotes Michael Spodek

Boston, MA – BOND, the Northeast’s premier full-service construction management and general contracting company, announced that Senior Project Manager Mike Spodek has been promoted to the position of project executive at the firm.

As project executive, he will work closely with BOND’s clients to deliver major capital projects in the higher education sector.  He will lead a team of project managers, engineers and superintendents in the preconstruction and construction phases of key projects. He is currently working on the UMass Boston Utility Corridor and Roadway project.

Spodek has more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry, as well as extensive experience in construction of large scale complex research and development facilities. He joined BOND more than a decade ago as senior project manager for Harvard’s Northwest Laboratories, the firm’s largest single project to date.

Spodek’s portfolio at BOND includes the landmark historic restoration of Emerson College’s Paramount Center, the renovation and addition to Wheaton College’s Mars Science Center and Harvard Business School’s iconic Tata Hall.
